I am a Professional Genealogist living in Northern Michigan. My family searches have taken me into records from Italy/Sicily, Finland, Russia, and Greece; as well as Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan in the USA. I have also researched extensively in England, Ireland, and Germany, and also domestically in Kentucky, Ohio, and most of the East Coast, looking for documentation dating back to before the Mayflower.

I have been told that my hobbies are strange…walking thru cemeteries, translating old documents, practicing old script writing, and dating photographs are just a few of the things I like to do.

Thanks for joining me on my journey into the genealogy world. ¬†Please make sure your seat belt is fastened securely and keep your hands and feet inside the car at all times….you’re in for quite a ride!

  1. Great meeting you. Your chosen profession must be total fascinating. What is it about cemeteries that draws so many of us to them? The history behind the epitaphs?
